My bad review is for the receptionist- Claudia and for doctor Frenzel-Srimal. I have been there for many times at dr. Britt and she is wonderful, also, the other receptionist, very kind and helpful. Unfortunately once the appointment was done to dr. Frenzel-Srimal and I did not like it at all. Her attitude was rude and completely unprofessional.
